Method of use
Before first use, remove the transparent cap , fill the pump while holding it upright and pump one or more times until the solution is dispensed. Insert the nozzle into the nostril and press the pump fully inhaling through the nose. Clean the nozzle after each use and replace the protective cap.. Spray 2-4 times into each nostril. Use at least twice a day - morning and evening.
