Refund policy for order cancellation initiated by MENA Shopping
We assist in purchasing products on your behalf from official retail platforms, adhering to local laws. In the event that we are unable to procure the product you requested, we may cancel your order.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 10 calendar days from the date of cancellation. The funds will be returned to the card used for the payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank's processing times.
If you do not receive the refund, please contact our customer support at support@mena.shopping, making sure to include your order number in the email. We will investigate your situation promptly.
Cancellation and refund process initiated by the customer
You may cancel your entire order or specific items under the following conditions:
- Before the product is purchased.
- If the delivery time exceeds 60 days from the order date and it is not possible to deliver the product.
How to cancel before the product is purchased?
Ensure in your personal account that the product is not yet marked as "Fulfilled"
Send an email to customer support at support@mena.shopping requesting to cancel the order or item and to refund the payment (be sure to include your order number in the email).
We will verify the current purchase status within a few days and get back to you with a decision.
If the product has not been purchased, we will refund the payment minus processing fees. The processing fee depends on the chosen payment system and will not exceed 3%. The refund will be issued within 10 calendar days after we confirm the status of your order.
What to do if the delivery time exceeds 60 calendar days from the order date?
Contact our customer support at support@mena.shopping to inquire about the product's location and the reasons for the delay (please include your order number in the email).
We will verify the status of the product. If it is not possible to deliver the order (for example, due to loss or the imposition of new import/export restrictions), we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Each refund request will be reviewed individually based on the actual location of the product, and a decision will be made within 30 calendar days from the date we receive your email.
