We only purchase from official online stores, guaranteeing authenticity. When you submit a request to purchase a specific item from a particular store, we always ensure the source is reliable. If we cannot guarantee the store's reliability, we will suggest an alternative purchase source that has proven itself as a platform with original products

You can cancel an order before the product is purchased, and we will refund your money, deducting the cash-payment services fee. Once the product is purchased, cancellation is not possible
