The most common form of vitamin K, known as K1 tightly bound to plant cells in green leafy vegetables. Vitamin K2 which is found in small quantities in cheese egg yolks and some meats, eight times more bioavailable than K1 and remains active in the body for a longer period of time.
Method of application:
