SVS are rightfully famous for creating exceptional subwoofers and speakers. The company launched its new 4000 Series subwoofers which will have benchmark quality and premium features at attractive prices. All subwoofers are equipped with 13 5" rigid composite cone drivers with surrounding high excursion parabolic and MOSFET transistors STA-1200D amplifiers which provide a power of 1200 W.
The 4000 Series also offers DSP capabilities which improve productivity and are programmable using a special application for Apple and Android devices. You can control the device using the remote control but all functions can be used using the application on your smartphone. Besides , new models feature front-facing displays with menu controls this was a significant improvement in terms of ergonomics compared to the older SVS 13 models 5".
Speakers 13 5" are custom built by SVS and feature a (nearly) 40 lb. dual magnet motor. SVS reduced lightness and stiffness and also added the ability to handle 1200 watts which the amplifier produces. The enclosures are made of double-layer MDF with internal fixation to suppress resonances.
