The Descend DN15 from Definitive Technology is a high-performance 15-inch subwoofer designed for reference music systems or home theater. It is equipped with a specially designed Class "H" amplifier with a power of 1500 Watts , which easily copes with both transition peaks and with the lowest frequencies up to 25 Hertz.

The Descend series of subwoofers are designed using the latest technology and will make your chairs shake and your hearts beat. Descend subwoofers feature Definitive Technology's 3XR architecture which implements a circuit with two symmetrically located passive radiators loaded onto one active speaker due to this solution, the effective diffuser area is three times larger than that of similar models with a bass reflex this gives you deeper bass and higher sound pressure in a smaller form factor.

And since this spectacular design is implemented in a closed case then the Descend series subwoofers do not produce noise or distortion typical for models with a bass reflex. Each model has individually designed powerful amplification delivering uncompromisingly low bass compared to similarly sized subwoofers.
