Resistance bands are 8 cm wide and vary in length depending on what size are you using? Light version has a length of 33 cm the middle version is 38 cm long and the heavy version is 42 cm long. All elastic bands have a non-slip coating on the inside which prevents the tape from slipping during training.
DIFFERENT Ribbons
Different bands are available with different resistance: 45 kg 65 kg and 75 kg. This allows you to perform exercises with greater strength. You can easily change exercises such as hip thrusts, kicks squats with bandages and standing leg raises. Elastic bands fit perfectly around ankles , as well as above and below the knees which allows you to do even more exercises!
Note. If you want to wash elastic bands after a strenuous workout do it in hand wash. Machine washing may cause faster wear.
