Method of use
In the morning: Take 1 (yellow) tablet in the morning.
Evening: Take 1 (purple) tablet approximately 30–45 minutes before bedtime. It may take four to five weeks to achieve full effect. Continue using to maintain the effect.
Composition
AM formula: cellulose , croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose Magnesium stearate, glycerin riboflavin dye.
PM Formula: cellulose, hypromellose croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, glycerin, silicon dioxide dye from carrot and paprika extract. No ingredients derived from yeast, wheat, soy, dairy products artificial flavors or preservatives.
Warnings
Do not use if you are pregnant are breastfeeding or taking antidepressants. Do not use if you are sensitive to caffeine or if you are under 18 years of age. Each serving of AM Formula contains 50 mg of caffeine. Stop use and consult a doctor if you have liver disease or develop symptoms of liver disease such as stomach pain dark urine or jaundice. Avoid drinking alcohol and do not drive or operate machinery while taking this product. If you have kidney disease, you take sedatives tranquilizers or any medications Consult your doctor before use.
Storage conditions

This product has tamper evident foil packaging. Do not use if foil or plastic is punctured.
