PRS SE Silver Sky is a familiar version of John Mayer's signature model which was first introduced in 2018. The SE model starts with a poplar body bolt-on maple neck and rosewood fretboard with PRS trademark bird inlays. Neck with 22 frets and 25 scale length 5" has original 635JM threads and an 8.5" fingerboard radius that will make the SE Silver Sky feel like home.

The instrument is based on three single-coil pickups which were carefully designed to capture the voice of the original Silver Sky. The 635JM "S" pickups capture the same rounded Full tone with musical treble which are never too harsh and add a little edge. This guitar is equipped with a two-point steel tremolo synthetic bone nut and vintage style tuning pegs. Other design features include the PRS Silver Sky inverted headstock design and the PRS dual action truss rod (accessible from the front of the headstock for ease of use). and vintage style tuners.
