Suggested Use
Apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure.
Use water-resistant sunscreen if you swim or sweat.
Reapply at least every 2 hours.
Children under 6 months: ask your doctor.
Sun protection measures: Regularly use sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF of 15 or higher.
Limit your time in the sun especially from 10:00 to 14:00.
Wear long-sleeved shirts and pants hats and sunglasses.
