To ensure complete protection, apply generously (at the rate of 2 mg/cm2 of skin) to the entire exposed skin surface 15 minutes before sun exposure.

Reapply:

after 80 minutes of swimming or if you sweat heavily

immediately after towel drying;

every 2 hours or more often.

Sun protection rules. Regularly use broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher and other sun protection measures , including those listed below.

Limit your time in the sun especially between 10:00 and 14:00.

Wear long-sleeved T-shirts and pants hats and sunglasses.
