This means that you can optimally adjust the lacing to the shape of your foot and, if necessary, give your ankle more or less freedom of movement. To secure the lacing at the bottom you can tie a simple knot at the top of the foot or use a securing loop.

Buying tips
Wear both shoes with hiking socks standing. If necessary, try on different models and sizes. Two comfort points should be checked: heel landing (no or only slight heel lift) and forefoot landing (toes should not touch the forefoot). When trying on, avoid pressure points.
We walk back and forth around the store. Gradually increase the time how long you wear new shoes to spread it out.
Storage advice
Store dry protected from light and in a well-ventilated place.
