It is sewn to a breathable neoprene sleeve with large perforations providing mesh-like breathability but with superior coverage and protection. The top and bottom of the pad are equipped with a silicone grip , as well as an elastic strap with Velcro fastener to secure the pad so you don't have to worry about them slipping off when you press the pedals.
