The EHB1005MS features an American Basswood body and a 5-piece toasted maple/walnut neck for well-balanced tone and clean attack.. Toasted maple neck is heat treated for increased stability durability moisture resistance and resistance to temperature changes. The roasted maple fingerboard is also heat treated for balanced attack and rich sustain. Highly durable stainless steel frets enhance the brightness of the tone and do not rust. Luminescent side dot inserts are clearly visible in dark conditions and the truss rod adjustment is located at the end of the neck for easy access.
