The 1958 Les Paul Standard Reissue utilizes all the painstaking historical construction techniques of the famous '59 Reissue models, with a few historically accurate specification differences which allow him to remain independent. Just like the 1958 originals it has narrow frets which help the fretboard be heard better in its tone profile. It also has a round Chunky neck profile for full feel and maximum flex leverage. It has a beautiful solid maple top; each one is unique and full of character. It also has ultra-light aging made by the experienced craftsmen of the Murphy Laboratory. Murphy Lab Ultra Light Aged finish paired with subtly distressed hardware replicates decades of lightweight playwear giving it a unique character the atmosphere and feel of an original from Gibson's Golden Era.
