He looks like a red animatronic fox, as in previous parts but in this part he looks as much like a pirate as possible. He has a lot of pretty sharp teeth some of which are gold. This animatronic has a pirate patch on his right eye and a green parrot on his left shoulder. Like other Rockstar animatronics he has a gold star on his chest. Rockstar Foxy's left leg is wooden like a real pirate. He has a hook on his right hand.
