MORE ABOUT THE LIMITED EDITION FAT 50S STRAT RELIC Model No: 9235001502 This Relic lacquer beauty showcases the very best of what what the 1950s had to offer with the irresistible addition of several special features and three beautiful custom colors. Body made of selected alder, consisting of two parts features deep body contours for perfect comfort and a "dirty" finish check - fine detailing which usually takes years to achieve but our wizards in the Custom Shop relics department take much less time to create. The one-piece maple neck with flute neck has a soft '54 V profile , fingerboard with radius 9 5" 21 fret Jumbo (6100). Hand-wound Fat '50s pickups (with reverse-wound/reverse-polarity middle pickup) produce a fatter '50s-style tone and the Fat ’50s five-way switching and wiring provide a stronger tone and clearer glow. Other features include 11-hole parchment overlay custom shop vintage style synchronized tremolo, vintage style tuners bone nut and single-winged stringwood. Also includes a deluxe hard case strap and certificate of authenticity.
