Parameters
Chromed steel bridge plate with attached cast rod. Originally released as an update to the American Standard Series basses in 2008. One very interesting feature of this bridge is that that you have the option of loading strings from the back edge of the bridge plate or from the back of the bass body through four holes into the base of the bridge plate. Some people use this bridge to upgrade their '51 Precision Bass reissue; mounting holes and string tip holes match exactly. Attached to body with three screws Durable stainless steel saddles securely partially screwed to anchor strings. Saddles are individually height adjustable using two black Allen screws. Slots are cut into the bridge plate (one for each saddle...) so that the height screws do not dangle. Saddle threads also hold the strings well against lateral movement.. Used in American Standard Bass models (USA) released since 2007 to the present time. Does not directly fit traditional 5-screw bridge. Three mounting screws included.
