Our engineer Eloise developed this elastic band to accompany you during sports activities: muscle strengthening, Pilates rehabilitation stretching. With an elastic band you train all muscles. The indentations help change the intensity. We offer 3 bands for 3 levels: Light (7 kg), Medium (10 kg) Hard (15 kg).

Storage tip.
After use, you must put on the elastic and store it in a clean and dry place (i.e.. e. not on the street!) Keep away from heat sources.
