It is made from 3D forged 7075 aluminum for optimal strength and then processed by CNC machine to reduce weight without compromising structural integrity. The steering gear clamp uses two opposing bolts providing high clamping force without damaging the head tube and the 4-bolt faceplate has enough surface area to distribute clamping force evenly across the bars avoiding the occurrence of increased tension.
