About
The Gregory Denali 100 6,102 cubic inch backpack is designed for long mountaineering ascents , week-long treks on Alaskan glaciers and expeditions requiring a large amount of equipment. It's almost identical to the Denali 75 but will be the best choice when we leave civilization for a week to ski big runs and climb big walls from a remote base camp. Keeping Denali Light Gregory designed the Denali from lighter 210D nylon fabric and attached high-density 420D reinforcements there where they are most needed. Puncture-resistant internal laminated front panel protects against ice axes , crampons and ski edges and the high-density 630D nylon base protects the bottom of the pack from rocks and ice. The front panel also features a dual entry pocket in which you can put crampons or a case for easy access.
Gregory equipped the backpack with a first-class Fusion Flex Pro suspension which provides comfort when working with expedition-level cargo. The system consists of two 7075 aluminum frame legs which can be removed to lighten the load as well as a sewn-in frame sheet for additional support and to prevent equipment from protruding. Tubular crossbar prevents the bag from flattening or rolling when loaded with a heavy load and high-density EVA foam padding on the shoulders back and hips provides a comfortable fit. A removable tent is hidden in the rear panel , and the waist belt can also be removed when we're really trying to move quickly and easily in high altitude areas.
