Use every 2-3 days of washing for 30 minutes. Medium porosity: Water forms droplets which are absorbed into the hair. Use every 3-4 days of washing for 30 minutes. Low porosity: Water forms beads on the surface of the hair. Use every 4-5 days of washing for 15 minutes.
