Pull the crown out to the second position when the second hand is in the reference position to accurately align it with the second. Turn the crown to move the minute hand five minutes ahead of the correct time and then return the hand to the correct minutes. This will minimize gear backlash and provide more accurate arm movement.. Return the crown to its normal position. Setting the date
Pull the crown out to the first position. Turn the crown counterclockwise to set the date. The date will not change when the crown is turned clockwise. Press the crown and return it to its normal position. Do not change the date between 21:00. and 1:00. If you change the date at this time the date may not change the next day. For months shorter than 31 days, the date must be adjusted manually. Using the chronograph
To start the chronograph press and release the top right button to start measuring time. To stop the chronograph press and release the top right button. To resume timing from a stopped position press and release the top right button. To reset the chronograph after stopping timing press and release the lower right button. Pressing and releasing the lower right button while the chronograph is running will stop timing and reset the chronograph.
