For complete protection, apply generously (2 mg/cm2 of skin) to exposed skin 15 minutes before sun exposure , then rub to reduce the whitening effect.

Reapply

after 80 minutes of swimming or if you sweat heavily

immediately after towel drying;

every 2 hours or more often.

Sun protection rules. Regularly use broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher and other sun protection measures , including:

limit time spent in the sun especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

wear long sleeves and trousers hats and sunglasses
