To celebrate the Alien franchise and Alien Day on April 26, 2017 Reebok has released a two-pack of sneakers inspired by the final battle scene in James Cameron's 1986 film Aliens. The Alien Stomper Mid "Queen" is inspired by the slimy black look of the Xenomorph XX121 with a black patent leather upper and glow-in-the-dark midsole.. The shoe also features "XX121" branding on the bottom strap. Powerloader is based on a forklift-like exoskeleton which Ripley uses to fight the Queen. It has a yellow leather upper with black stripes based on the car's arms and a mesh panel overlay based on the car's mesh roof canopy. The shoe is finished off with an icy orange outsole underfoot inspired by the orange light of a power forklift siren.
