Adjusting the Virtu Rope
Fit

Loosen the adjustment screws so that the cable can be adjusted.

Stand on the rope and raise the handles to armpit level.

Tighten the cable and lower the set screws to armpit level.

Tighten the screws
Now the jump rope is ready for use.
