WINDFORCE cooling system
The proprietary WINDFORCE cooling system is represented by three 90 mm fans with an alternative rotation pattern and a unique impeller blade profile , solid sized evaporation chamber directly in contact with the GPU 8 copper composite heat pipes as well as proprietary functions 3D Active Fans and Screen Cooling by means of which highly efficient heat removal is organized.
Alternative fan rotation
Turbulence in the adjacent area for adjacent fans is reduced and the pressure of the discharge air flow increases.
Distributed airflow
GIGABYTE engineers proposed a scheme according to which two adjacent fans rotate in the opposite direction the direction of the air flow between them coincides turbulence decreases and the pressure of cooling air masses increases.
3D Active fans
Using the 3D Active Fan function, a semi-passive cooling scheme is implemented. Fans are idle when the load on the GPU is light or the application being executed has low power consumption.
Unique design of fan blades

Two ball bearings
Two ball bearings in the design of each fan ensure long service life of these components and trouble-free operation of the graphics card cooling system as a whole.

Solid vapor chamber and heat pipes
A solid vapor chamber is in close contact with the GPU and video RAM chips. The design, pierced with composite heat pipes, helps to organize rapid heat dissipation from key components of the graphics card.
Dual BIOS technology
OC mode is selected as the default settings which ensures the best performance. The Silent mode is characterized by a reduced noise level of the operating system.
Protective metal plate on the back of the printed circuit board
The back surface of the printed circuit board is covered with a metal plate which reliably protects the structure as a whole and the components soldered on the board in particular from damage, for example if the product falls and also helps to minimize bending and torsional loads.
Power indicators
