Mini roll
ideal companion when it comes to the selective treatment of chronic and acute tension or weakening of “dense” connective tissue structures. The mini-roller can also be used for preventive purposes: to warm up before training to prevent tension or to support regeneration after exercise.
Thanks to the wide contact surface
mini-roll tissue structure of the muscles of the sole, lower leg thighs and forearms are curled or stretched over a large area. Rounded sides suitable for spot machining , especially in the neck area shoulders and chest.

- Application in training fascia with a wide contact surface: the sole of the foot (further tissue structures can be reached , slightly tilting the foot inward or outward), calf muscles muscles of the thigh and forearm. If the rolling is too intense muscle structures can also be gently smoothed out.
