Upon receipt of this guitar, our technicians inspected it for any damage or defects and nothing was found. We then professionally tuned the guitar including checking the neck and frets to make sure the neck is straight and the frets are smooth (do not protrude). From there we were convinced that the action is at a comfortable height, and set the intonation so for her to be at her best. We also checked the electronics to make sure that it works as described no cracking or short circuit.
