To Make Psyllium Powder We use a unique method of separating the husks from the seeds of the plantain ovate plant. First, we insulate what we need (the fibrous outer covering) from that what we don't need (seed fragments). We then gently grind the husks without the use of chemicals creating an exceptionally smooth powder that is easy to mix with liquids and fit into your daily lifestyle.

Instructions for use:
How to use it
Take 1 teaspoon (5 g) once daily with 240 ml. fluids or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Stir quickly and drink immediately. Bulk-forming fibers such as psyllium husk may affect the effect of medications. Take 1–2 hours before or after taking medications. It is recommended to start with 1 serving per day gradually increasing the dose to the desired level. You may experience changes in bowel habits or slight bloating at first as the body adapts to increased fiber intake.
Precautions:
Note: Psyllium husk should be taken with a full glass (8 ounces) of liquid. Taking this product without sufficient liquid may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
Consult your doctor before use if you have recently experienced sudden changes in your bowel habits abdominal pain persisting for 2 weeks nausea or vomiting. Stop using this dietary supplement and consult your doctor if constipation lasts more than 7 days or rectal bleeding occurs. These could be signs of a serious illness. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if the package is opened or the protective film is damaged.
Storage: To maintain freshness, once opened, seal tightly and store in a cool, dry place away from heat and light.
